Screedflo Ltd, based in Essex, specialises in the manufacture and installation of flowing liquid anhydrite screed. We have over 18 years of experience.
We batch the flowing liquid floor screed from our mobile batching units, located at our base in Essex, which has several advantages over ready mixed screed. We can control the quality of the product, adjust the water content based on moisture content of the sand and based on weather conditions, and as there is no travelling time added on (as with a premixed screed), we use less water in the product. We can adjust the volume supplied so that there is no waste and no risk of running out of product on site. So you can sure of receiving the highest quality liquid Anhydrite screed products and excellent service.
We can supply and install more than one type of flowing liquid floor screed per visit, so if you require one of our premium products, such as a higher strength, or thin screed, in part of the property and our standard liquid screed in another, this is possible.
With the focus on sustainable building, anhydrite liquid screed can reduce the carbon footprint of the building, as the binder is made from recycled material. Calcium sulphate based liquid floor screeds conduct heat 5 times more efficiently than traditional screed and so are perfect for use with renewable energy systems such as ground and air source heat pumps. We have a range of products suitable for most building projects, including our fast drying liquid screed - Rapide.
We can supply and install screed to projects of all sizes from 1m³ to over 20m³ per day. So if you have a small domestic extension or a larger development, we can provide you with a first class liquid screed installation service.
We support you from the point of the quotation to the point of laying flooring coverings, and are always here to offer advice.
